So, my friend Amisha and I do 2 regular clubhouse talks a week and one of the subjects was, what if emotions were things???
This was a fun conversation around how we perceive our emotions...
As we are all individuals we look and imagine things slightly differently to everyone else, which makes each and everyone of us unique
I'll give you my example and then you can try it yourself....
When I imagine stress it resembles a very heavy, hardback book, creating pressure on my chest. This can effect my breathing, concentration and ability to make decisions with clarity.
How can this object help me...
I can rip out pages to make it lighter, I can bench press it off my chest or I can simply set it to one side and forget about it.
Now, it's your turn? Imagine an emotion and make it into an object. It can be anything you want it to be... Have fun with and really let go and relax into it
