I often get asked how much coaching in the UK costs so I carried out some research to help answer the question.

  • Life coaching: In London, life coaching fees typically range from £50 to £150 per hour. 

  • Business coaching: One-on-one coaching can range from £100 to £500 per hour. 

  • Online coaching: Hourly rates may start as low as £30 for a one-on-one virtual session. 

  • Executive coaching: In the UK charge between £250 and £3,000 per month.


To summarise:

One-on-one coaching:

  • General coaching sessions can range from £100 to £500 per hour.

  • Executive coaches, who often work with high-level professionals, can charge even more, potentially reaching up to £2,000 per hour.


Group coaching:

  • Group coaching sessions, which may include access to online learning platforms, can cost between £50 to £250 per person per session.


Factors influencing cost:
