It’s important to give yourself a break...
How? I hear say. Well, what I suggest to my clients with busy lives is this.
Schedule in 15 - 20 minutes of time just for yourself.
Use the time wisely:
#reading your current book, or non-fiction
#drawing what ever you fancy
#colouring in
#creating a piece of art
#watching out of a favourite window
#listening to music just be
#mindful in what you are doing for that period of time.
If it doesn't happen in one chunk, break it down into 5 minutes in the morning, afternoon & evening.
If you get interrupted that's OK too. It's your schedule, work out what's best for you.
You can do anything that makes you feel good.
