#sleep is so important for #mentalhealth
Getting between 6-8 hours every day would be great but if you are not getting that, it's OK it's about quality as well. Getting undisturbed sleep is incredibly helpful.
Try to eat 2-3 hours before going to bed, drinking during that tome is fine, preferably non-alcoholic drinks 😃
Use blue light filters in the evening. Sun lamps are also good.
